Bùi Ngọc Cường (Chữ Hy Lạp: Βὺι Ϧὁκ Κὑὁὸγγ), courtesy name Quang Khải (Ϥυαγγ Χἀι), was a Quenminese officer in the Imperial Quenminese Navy recognized for his service in the Siduri War. During the conflict, he served in the Sundering Sea Campaign by commandeering the submarine TN-395. His most notable action was his Raid near the Sátovesd at the Ruvelkan coast, where his wolfpack inflicted heavy casualties against a Syaran convoy; his submarine contributed the highest number of sinkings with due to bold action, earning him the nickname Bull Shark. He also was one of the military officers who was outspoken against the Quocvangist government, which ruined his career until he was reinstated in 1948.
