Hongli (弘曆) is the Mouse King and the ruler of the Auspicious Mouse Kingdom. He ascended the throne after the Mouse Queen Cixi (慈禧) passed away and became the Mouse King. While his official title as king was Jiaqing (嘉慶), many in the kingdom refer to him as Hongli due to his submission to the Polar Emperor Xuoli.
Hongli was born to the Queen Cixi with her consort Shi Ming (施明) in the capital of Tianjing. Under the queen's orders, Hongli was sent to the monastery of Gaoxiong (高雄). Hongli was originally meant to be thought to be proficient in Shu Stone Mastery.
