Abelia The largest City within the Autonomous Territory of Abelia.
History
It was created in part to the Expanding Xzavaria to it's West, the City was then used for the annexation of the Hinami states.
Geography
The south-most city within Hinam, it's also the most populated bu almost twice the population.
