Under the House of Aksakov, Yulia was able to incorporate the surrounding Arcanstotskan kingdoms, princedoms, and duchies through war and inheritance. Under King Yaroslav II, the Kingdom of Yulia had secured control over all of Arcanstotska by 612. With Yaroslav II's death that year, Fyodor I ascended to the throne. During his coronation in 613 he proclaimed himself "Emperor of All Arcanstotska," with Siloyev as his capital.
