Banesword Workshop Group (often abbreviated as BW or called Banesword) is a Tinegardian manufacturer of miniature wargames, based in Tinegard, Tine. Its best and most well known product is Banesword. Founded in 1980 by Leo Nilsson and Johannes Felland, Banesword was a manufacturer for wooden chess sets. It later became a publisher of wargames and role-playing games. The company expanded from their garage mail order room in the process, having stores throughout Tine.
