Third Corps was a formation of the Imperial Army of Vionna-Frankenlisch formed for service in the Prodavan War.
History
Organisation
Formation
When first formed on 2nd April 1991, Third Corps was a hastily arranged unit consisting of whichever combat units were available in Octan. It numbered 27,000 troops and comprised:
- 6th Infantry Division - 10 battalions in 2 brigades - 10,000 men - Major General Matthew Saunders, Viscount Rachdale
- Julianopolis Mounted Rifles regiment - 600 men in 3 squadrons - Colonel Adam Achemeois
- Royal Prodavan Borderers regiment - 600 men in 3 squadrons - Colonel Sir James Turner-Avci
- Agrea Volunteer Horse regiment - 600 men in 3 squadrons - Colonel John Maxwell Trimming
- King's Own Julianopolis Hussars regiment - 600 men in 3 squadrons - Colonel William Argyros, Count of Argyris
- I Legion - 4,800 men in 10 cohors - Legate-General Lavrentios Sylivian
- II Legion - 4,800 men in 10 cohors - Legate-General Marcus Manides
- III Legion - 4,800 men in 10 cohors - Legate-General Theocaris Cita
