Colonial Oil Production/Exportation Co. was founded in 1994 by a small group of individuals who took the time and patience to dig for oil in one of the Colonies of the Shazbotdom Empire. After striking oil in 1995, the two individuals used the money they raised from their first sales to the automotive Industry within the Shazbotdom Empire to build new oil locations both on land and in the oceans in and around the Shazbotdom Colony of Alraibris.
