Max Oswell born March 19, 1988 and grew up in the area of Sandy Shores. Only child of Nathan Oswell (June 3, 1967 - October 30, 1994), and June withers Oswell (July 16, 1970 - March 19, 1988) Is a single individual with no known spouse or children. Creating Black marketing name Illicit Sellers Inc. they go on to make multiple small time sales before meeting J. Anderson whos was a normal buyer that convenced the buisness partners to join companys for larger selling opertunitys.

Strine Meet with Jacob Schlatt, Traves traves, Zac Erwin, And Max Oswell. assumingly a normal meeting the group converge in the Ranch De Caniche House. after large currency amounts are transacted and plenty of illicit substances are shared throughout the group J. Anderson reveals himself to be a police officer and a group of 14 LEO surround the area.
