Template:Infobox college football team The ASU Bears football program represents Avdeigrad State University in college football. The Bears compete in the SUAU Division I Football Playoff Subdivision and the Eastern Division of the Antonovich Conference.

The Bears are one of the winningest programs in all of the FPS, having four national titles in the playoff era, five conference titles, and eight playoff appearances.

1958 national championship

The 1958 ASU Bears football team under head coach Naum Dmitriev, cruised to an undefeated season capped by a 17-6 win over then 7-0 Adrikagorod State. After the conclusion of the season ASU was named the national champions by the Adrikagorod Report. In 1958 ASU allowed just 44 points all season, not allowing their first touchdown until week 4 and not once allowing more than one touchdown in a game.
