Elections to the Legislative Council were held in Alscia on 22 May 1920. The Donatella Rossetti government was re-elected with an increased majority.

Alessandro Martella's loss of his seat cemented nickname i quadriennali ("the four-yearlies") for the PCA.

This was the first election contested by the PFA. It also saw the election of Henry Shelley, the patriarch of the Shelley family.
