Max was givin a life sentence in Bolingbroke Penitentiary, after 2 years had gone by Max unknowingly had met his grandparents for the first time. Been givin the idea and route to take Max escapes prison for the first time in 2006 and lives a life of unwilling crime for 3 years off the radar before caught again and escaping Bolingbroke Penitentiary for a second time. This time setting the Penitentiary as his primary emergency contact max lives a life of commiting petty crimes and escaping Bolingbroke Penitentiary.

This, however, did not close the location, [[Jacob_Schlatt|Jacob]] and Traves continued to run the restaurant with little to no issues with assistance from employees and close friends Max Oswell and Zac Erwin, excepting the daily acts of violence that supposedly took place on the property, until Jacob's death.
