On October 16, 1923, [[Ashley S. Taylor]], who was running for vice president with Quinn called the emergency line for an ambulance and police saying that she was strangled and beaten by Quinn in her own residence in an act of anger after losing the presidential election to [[Jacob P. Jackson]], Ashley's jaw was broken and her lung was collapsed, she later in the hospital went under [[Cardiac Arrest]] and passed away despite efforts by doctors to resuscitate her. Following her death, a SWAT team was called to his house to arrest Quinn for the murder of Ashley. At 4:02 a.m, police arrived at Quinns residence where SWAT teams began to forcefully break down his front door, according to police, Quinn began to repeatedly shout "I know" before he later said, "I'm gonna make this quick", followed by a gunshot. It took SWAT a total of five minutes to break down the door, at 4:07 a.m, Quinn's body was discovered in the living room of his house with a fatal gunshot wound to his head.

On August 8, 1992, with DNA forensics, it was confirmed that the wounds of [[Ashley S. Taylor]]'s body were caused by [[Quinn S. Felix]]. If charged, [[Quinn S. Felix]] would had recieved life in prison with no parole.
