Demographics
Overview
Pabojang is home to many ethnic groups. The major ethnic group is Tswana, followed by Kalanga, Basarwa and Okavango. The remaining are European Batswana.
Religion
Pabojang is mainly a Christian nation. Missionaries from the Republic of La Boca introduced Eastern Christianity in the country and then the Britons tried to introduce Protestantism, which got many adherents during the colonization of the country. There is freedom of religion and discrimination based on religion is punishable by two weeks prison.
Language
The official language is Tswana, a Bantu-family language spoken in Pabojang as well as in other countries of Southern Africa. Khoisan languages are also spoken by many people in the desert zones and their preservation is a government duty.
