Elections were also held concurrently in the Diereplek, Hope and New Borland provinces. Following the continuation of for the Conservative & Country party, the High Court confirmed the amendments to the Satavia Act three days after the election, on Monday, 18 July. In accordance with the recommendations of the electoral boundary commission, the election saw an increase in the total number of seats avaliable in the House of Representatives from 149 to 152.
The Conservative & Country party won 61 seats in the House of Representatives (a decrease of 23) and won 46 seats in the Senate, 12 seats and falling three seats shy of a majority.
