The Portcullian Army is the principle land force of the Portcullian Armed Forces. Comprised of some 2,000 active and 6,000 reserve personnel, it states its primary mission is to ensure the defense of the sovereignty of its own territory and of its allies.

In the late 1960s surplus Ostlandic army machinery was purchased from Sieuxerr and the MG2 was produced. It is a close copy of the MG42 with only notable difference is a slower rate of fire on infantry models, with vehicle models maintaining the high rate of fire.
