Rebirth is an alternate history scenario which is centered around an earlier unification of Germany and Italy, and an earlier colonial expansion of the worlds Great Powers in Africa and Asia. Point of Divergence is placed (roughly) in 1700 and Europe will know relative peace throughout the 1800s until World War One.
