The National Party of Eulabia (NPE) is a political party in Eulabia a Nation. It was formed by Sir Oswald Mosley, member of Eulabian Parliament who had belonged to both the European Conservative and Reformist Party (ECRP) and Party of European Socialists (PES), quitting PES after its 2001 conference narrowly rejected his "Mosley Memorandum", a document he had written outlining how he would deal with the problem of unemployment.
