Krtek a Rumcajs is an administrative division kraj of the country of Pivočeska in the continent of Lví hvězdy or Lvihez in English. Lvihez is located on the planet of Vápence or Limestone Planet. Krtek a Rumcajs Kraj is located in the southwestern corner of Pivočeska in the historical region of Krtkova Země. Its capital is Gulášové Nebe . Krtek a Rumcajs Kraj borders Alphonse Kraj to the northeast.
