The Senate of the Republic of Costa Madora (Esberian: Senado de la República de Costa Madora) is the upper house of the National Assembly of Costa Madora, which along with the Chamber of Deputies (the lower house) comprises the federal bicameral legislature of Costa Madora. It consists of 72 senators: 4 from each of the seventeen provinces and 2 from each of the two territories (Distrito Nacional and Yuques), who serve six-year terms. The Senate meets at Palacio Legislativo with the Chamber of Deputies.
The composition and powers of the Senate are established by Title VI of the Constitution of Costa Madora.
