The Commonwealth Navy (Milenkan: Наморнитсиво Сполешенствиы) is the naval arm of the Commonwealth Armed Forces. It has existed in various forms since 1589, thus being the oldest branch of the Armed Forces.
The Commonwealth Navy possesses a naval force composed of sophisticated vessels and aircraft, organized in five main branches: the Naval Service (Milenkan: Наморниы Службиы), responsible for the operation of the Navy's Surface Combat Vessels and its auxiliaries; the Submarine Service (Milenkan:Пордморкске Службиы), which operates the force's submarines; the Sea Guard (Milenkan:Наморниы Страз), responsible for the coastal patrol and border security of the nation's territorial waters; the Aerial Service (Milenkan: Лететска Службиы), which operates the force's aircraft; and the Marine Corps (Milenkan: Наморниы Пецчота), lit. Naval Infantry, a highly specialized amphibious infantry corps.
