Weston Government Arsenal more commonly referred to as Weston Arsenal is the primary designer of Copperhead military small arms and infantry weapon systems. Located in Pineville, Meteqisski, the arsenal was the sight of a major battle between Confederal troops and Copperhead revolutionaries in May of 1917 when the arsenal was seized by revolutionary forces. Throughout the Alleghanie Civil War the arsenal served as an important weapons manufacturing facility for revolutionary forces and, following the cessation of hostilities in 1924, was subsequently nationalized by the newly formed Copperhead Republic. Since 1924 Weston Arsenal has been responsible for designing the vast majority of weaponry in service with the military of Copperhead, and comprises a significant portion of the military manufacturing capability along with other government arsenals located in Hendersonville, Greenlawn and Tyram Hills.
The Weston Arsenal is commanded by a Captain of the Ordinance of the Army of the Copperhead Republic, and a government-appointed director. The Captain of the Ordinance is charged with insuring military testing and proofing standards on all weapons that enter service are met as well as providing security for the facility. The director of the arsenal is charged with general machining concerns as well as other day-to-day production responsibilities and civilian worker management.
