Hoàng Quang Minh (3 November 1981) is a sniper serving in the Quenminese Specialized Combat Development Program's Chiếnphi division. He is known to make a confirmed kill that is 2,430 yards (2,220 m) away, making him the most lethal sniper in Quenminese military history. With a list of 289 confirmed kills, he is also one of the most known lethal snipers in the world.
