The Teludorian Cybersyncy, also known as the Telu Cybersyncy, is a minor race in the mid-rim of Núlne, almost entirely inhabited by Teludorians: a race of water-based amphibians with capabilities to live on land and notable for their ability to switch between being bipedal or being tailed. The Telu, as they are also known, joined the Interstellar Assembly within a year of their discover in 44PA by the 'x'. There are over 19 billion Telu spread across three star systems and ocean worlds named Ezul, Azul and Yzul. They currently share wind connections with two polities, the Ravnikai League and the Tetrarchy of Urqacauq.
