Fjármagn is the third-most populous city of Esthursia, and both the capital city and most populous city of Helmark. The historical centre for Asthonic culture and language, as well as the original capital of the Classical Empire, Fjármagn has a rich history as a major cultural, economic and maritime hub with widereaching influence in Esthursia. It remains the financial and administrative centre for Helmark, housing its assembly house (Stjórn) and its financial-legal district, the Østrønd.
