Christopher James Larkfield (7 June 1921–30 March 2006), nicknamed "The Lark", was a Garetolian cricketer. Larkfield was known by his teammates for his outstanding fielding ability, which helped the Ule'eka Cricket Club win the 1944 Oceanic Cricket Tournament, in which Larkfield stumped 16 batters.
Before the 1947 preseason, Larkfield fell off a horse while at his father's ranch outside Har'eka. The original diagnosis was a fractured ulna, which normally would take 10 weeks to heal, but after an X-ray discovered Larkfield was taking longer than normal to recover. This put an end to his 1947 season. As the fracture was on his left arm, Larkfield decided he would bat left-handed to avoid breaking it again while playing. 7 years later, in 1954, Larkfield broke his arm again while diving for a ball, taking him out of the game and ending his season. On 2 February 1955, Larkfield officially retired from playing cricket.
