Summary

The 2nd National Seal of the Confederacy was adopted shortly after the conclusion of the investigation panel into the botched 1st National Seal of the Confederacy. Several States and Territories were petitioned and eventually. The winner was eventually selected from the join effort of the Samsustown Elementary School, located within the Territory of the West Islands.

The 2nd National Seal symbolizes the faith of Drekanity in the images of two Drekamythian Dragons holding aloft in flight the shield crest of the nation. The shield crest has four images on it; top left is a field of wheat symbolizing and celebrating national agricultural, top right is a fish jumping from water symbolizing and celebrating national fishing industries, bottom left is an Anagonian Cabover Semi-Truck and Trailer symbolizing and celebrating the nations vast trucking infrastructure, and bottom right is a train traveling on tracks symbolizing and celebrating the nations vast logistical networks.

Their crossing tails form a semi-circle motto which states in Latin, "Astra inclinant, sed nonobligant". This translates to English as, "The stars incline, but do not oblige", which is a statement in celebration of the Sovereignty of each State and Territory from government rule and oppression. The dragon on the left holds an olive branch to symbolize the eagerness for peace while the dragon on the right holds a handle of arrows to symbolize the readiness to defend.

The 2nd National Seal of the Confederacy would exist as the official seal of the nation for over fifty years. It was first accepted into law in 4 AUR, just four years after the founding of the nation. It would be retired and placed in historical preservation in 46 AUR.
