Ealdorhenge

The Kingdom of Ealdorhedge is an island nation located just offshore of mainland Argis. Its capital and largest city is Wyrmburg located on the Southeastern coast of the island. The kingdom has a population of 34 thousand inhabitants.

Ealdorhenge is located on the Isle of Ealdoria. A small island located about 32KM east of tbd nation and mainland Argis. Ealdorhenge is border to the East, & South by the Geltic Sea to the north the Auraid Bay and west by tbd ++Strait++. Politics in Ealdorhenge operates under a framework laid out in the Constitution. First written in 1425, two years after Second Battle of Wyrmburg and was reinstated on 23rd May 1892, it establishes a sovereign state in the form of a constitutional monarchy, with a representative parliamentary system. The monarch officially retains executive power and presides over the Council of State (privy council). The monarch has full executive power which they can use to a limit some other things they can are such as the formal appointment and dismissal of the Prime Minister and other Government ministers. The Monarch is not answerable for his or her actions, and their person is sacrosanct. Hereditary monarch Queen Eldrystan IV has been head of state since 05 April 2021. He is supported by a Prime Minister, currently tbd. Two other important political figures are Speaker of the tbd.
