The two tribes paddled their way to their respective beaches on a raft with meager supplies. On Colteaux, the favourites discuss what they have been up to since their respective seasons. Chris, who was 26 in Season 1, discusses being married with two sons at 34 and how he is more mature than he was in his twenties. Nancy Lavas talks about her fifth kid having moved out since Season 2 and how she now has two more grandchildren since the last time. Abilia talks about having a couple kids since her season and being engaged with the wedding in four months. Ovidia, the dairy scientist, talks about how she is now a grandmother as her oldest kid had her own kid. Tobino says that he went from a pharmaceutical sales rep to a full blown pharmacist. Ruiso announces that he got married last year to a guy named Gareth (Amarvas). Amy decides to not share that she and fellow competitor, Gino Vivolo, have been dating for 2 years. Gino and Teio bond a lot and make a Final 2 and try to hide that from others. Quentin Dosa-Miles plays very, very, very hard. While he was very trusted within the tribe, all trust is lost when the tribe teams up against him. When they lose immunity, however, the tribe settles on sending out Tia, who is very lazy around camp. Gino gives Quentin a warning at Tribal Council before the vote to slow down because nobody on the tribe trusts him.

On Aarstieg, Michael Highmore is the designated leader. While the others are fine about, things turn south when Michael says that, after Quentin is gone, Raylee is next. Raylee decides to gather the votes to try and overthrow him, causing him to target her over Quentin. When a tie-breaker happens, she manages to beat him.

The only person people collectively trust on the favourites tribe is Nancy. After many more attempts at alliances, nobody has any real allegiances. Amy, however, decides to target Chris. However, she decides to give other people a different name to throw off suspicion. When figurative notes are shared, Abilia, Chris and Tobino decide that Amy needs to go.

Alec, Martilla and Raylee, after making an alliance earlier in the episode, begin to get paranoid of each-other. When Alec throws out Teio's name as a wildcard to potentially save the alliance, Teio overhears and begins to get paranoid, thinking that everybody caught onto him and Gino. He begins to heavily throw Gino under the bus, confusing and alarming him when he finds out. The vote becomes chaotic and leads to a three-way tie. On the revote, however, enough people vote out Teio to avoid a tiebreaker.

Nobody trusts Lily at all due to her being a wildcard and not engaging much with them. When Lily decides she wants to make a big move, she turns on her ally, Martilla, and even tells her that she will be talking to people to take her out, which makes Martilla very shocked. Lily then threatens that, if she tries anything, she will play her idol on herself. Martilla and Ovidia then hatch a plan and trick Lily into playing her idol on Martilla despite targeting her. They convince Lily that people are now targeting Martilla but the three of them could be very close allies. At tribal council, Lily still votes for Martilla but then nullifies her own vote with the idol and is sent home.

Nancy is still the most trusted person in the game and, at this point, she knows it. She talks with her tribe about it being six years since her season and she is still going strong, to which they agree. Fae and Ruiso nickname Nancy "The Godmother" due to everybody loving her, meaning she has tons of influence. They manage to succeed in getting her out thanks to an idol.

Due to a heavy lack of trust, the vote is also crazy. Alec, Raylee and Tobino try to get Quentin out, Abilia tries to get Ruiso out and Fae tries to get Abilia out. In the end, all three targets get 3 votes each and Quentin is voted out in the re-vote.

Chris, Fae and Ovidia orchestrate Alec's elimination.

Due to being the last three fans, Gino, Martilla and Raylee all decide to team up. They manage to fan the flames of paranoia in the tribe, leading to Ruiso being blindsided.

Gino and Tobino bond quite a bit and decide to try to head to the end together. After Martilla makes an alliance with Abilia, Chris and Ovidia, they all decide to go after Raylee, who is a major wildcard. Raylee finds out and tries to talk Martilla out of it. After Raylee finds out who is in the alliance, she manages to convince the three of them to let her join and they will take Martilla out, to which they agree, blindsiding Martilla in the process.
