The Alltoppen Innebandy 2023/2024 is the 31st season of Greater Normark's upper tier of floorball competition. It began on 6 September 2023 and was concluded on 12 April 2024. Naav 99 won their 4th title in the upper tier, which puts them in tied fourth place in the championship title league. It was their first title since the 2008/09 season. Olderssund AIBK finished second and Petershavn finished third, meanwhile Mellomdaal IBK and Silbavárri all got relegated. It was Silbavárri's first time in the upper tier, meanwhile Mellomdaal IBK will play in the second tier for the first time since 2009.

A total of 12 teams participated in the 2023/24 edition of the Alltoppen, with two teams getting regulated.
