Klub Futbolniy Apex Cialtina is a Gregahouvian association football club based in the city of Cialtina. Founded upon the inception of the country's league tier system in 1985, the team plays in the Premyer Liga, the nation's top flight of professional football. Apex plays its home games at the Arena Apex in the city's central district. The club has never won the Premyer Liga title, but has won 5 championships in the Toroy Liga, the country's second tier of professional football.
