After his final term in the presidency, he remained the party's leader until 2070 when President Magalhães essentially launched a coup within the party leadership, wherein she seized complete control of the organisation. Following this loss and his ostracisation from national politics via the President's refusal to permit his hiring, he was appointed to be the State of Terfloria's Secretary of the Jungle, resulting in him establishing State policy directly opposed to Serene policy and blocked any companies from harvesting the land via legal blockades he imposed. January 2073 saw the greatest single economic recession in the country's history, which resulted in Magalhães' bid for reelection failing with only 47.3% against Águila's 52.7%. Ventura held the position as Secretary until 2081 with the election of a new PRC state government.

Achcauhtli Ventura (April 15, 2007 - Present), known simply as Ventura or El Tlatoani, was the 7th president of Carinansia, serving from 25 June 2061 until 24 June 2069, as he had chosen to not run for reelection a few months prior given his advocacy of term limits for political offices. As the third PUS president elected in a row, he enjoyed a healthy electoral majority against the politically-crippled PRC, winning with 61.4% of the vote in the 2061 presidential election and 63.7% of the vote in 2065.

Born into a middle-class family, his peers knew from a young age that he would become someone important later in life. At 14, he was chosen by the Serene Accelerated Student Program of the Serene Ground Forces, becoming the prestigious Selcent's youngest-ever student via a government scholarship. At 16, he enlisted in the army as a 2nd Mountain Special Forces Battalion, the most elite combat unit in the country. He took part in the 2025 Battle of Guajeres, 2026 Battle of San Rariel, and was a junior member of the advising council to Lieutenant General Ynti Ccasani Manco, the military officer who administered southern Valorá for six months during the Cárinansian Occupation.

In 2028 at the age of 21, he was one of 23 students accepted into the extremely competitive Bachelor of Rocket Science program at the Supant Academy of the Revolutionary College of Oligi. After completing the program in 2032 with a year abroad at Estovakia's highly prestigious Roningrad State University, he began working at the Air Force's National Rocket Program as a junior researcher in 2036. By 2045, he was accepted as one of the best minds in the field of Carinansian Rocket Science and was appointed that year to be Director of ANEE, overseeing the revitalisation of Project Metstli which saw the establishment of the first permanent Lunar colony in 2049, and Ventura receives his first Serene Order of Xiutecuhtli Carintecatl.

Beginning in 2028 when he was 21 years old, Ventura was also the captain of the Revolutionary College of Oligi Committee Football Team, a member of the university's Association Football Team, and a founding member of its Powerlifting Team. During his 20-year career in Powerlifting, he broke various National Total, Squat, Deadlift, and World Bench Press records within the 120kg and 93kg weight classes. His 325 kg bench press remains unbroken even several decades later, with his National Total and Squat records remaining the Division's best to this day. He retired aged 41 from powerlifting, as he sought more time for his career, although he remained an outspoken supporter of going to the gym, and he lost a substantial amount of muscle as he ceased cycling performance-enhancing drugs.

During his career in Committee Football, he became the National University League (LUN)'s 2030 Rookie of the Year, signing to the LNF in 2032 for a 3-year contract with the Tiquara Crusaders. In 2033, he played in the National Championships which saw the team finish in second place after a heated extended 4-hour game, at 32–27. He took part in the next game of 2035, being declared the season's MVP at the award ceremony and receiving the Boné Platina. He retired from the sport in 2035 at the end of his two-year contract extension, choosing instead to pursue a more academic profession. These sporting endeavours placed him in the forefront of Carinansian media for years before he even entered politics, even having a brief career as a voice actor in a 2046 space animation and an online YouTube channel that amassed 73.9 million followers before he announced his candidacy for the presidency.

He entered politics in 2053 when RIMO appointed him Secretary of Space with the Department's creation in 2053 under Modeira's early Department creations. He remained in the position for 4 years until 2059, when he was elected by the National Congress to serve as the new Vice President, facing heavy opposition from PRC congressmen. In 2060, he lost Modeira's support and was told he would not receive the PUS' support for a presidential campaign. Initially devastated, he quickly began an online presidential campaign using his extensive online popularity to campaign for his victory, with the March Petition triggering an internal party crisis. It culminated in the 25th of March Dinner Party Incident, wherein pro-Modeira officials strove to have Ventura expelled from the Party so he couldn't run as their candidate, but resulted in a compromise that allowed both candidates to run simultaneously in National Elections but had the PUS dedicate all their central funds to Modeira's choice.

The 2061 presidential election was marked mostly by fierce debate between Modeira's nomination of San Luis Governor Igor Chagas Vargas and Ventura, with the PRC's sole candidate only receiving 12% of votes, its worst performance in history. It also demonstrated the disunity of PUS, which Ventura quickly sought to solve by placing party support behind a single national project, in this case, the Interstate Maglev System which would connect the entire Serenacy and greatly reduce travel costs. It was first proposed under RIMO but was repeatedly rejected due to excessive costs that made the project impossible. With a massive budget surplus thanks to Serene Socialism's extensive Dirigisme, Ventura managed to successfully pass the bill with the support of the whole party. By 2065, he was the definitive head of the party and wielded the most power in the country, with Modeira having no influence at all.

He criminalised further logging of the Eneas and policed this crime with the establishment of the Federal Anti-Logging Agency, establishing a powerful law enforcement organisation that strictly policed the nation's rainforests and forests. Internationally, he developed a reputation as a no-nonsense leader and marked a period of great international influence for Carinansia, especially marked by the monopolies established via JUCAVE in the rest of the world. By the end of his final term as President, he had overseen a massive change in the country and was seen by historians and scholars as being among the country's best.

Afterwards, he remained out of politics for the rest of his life. He was inducted into the National Football Hall of Fame in 2047. He regularly hosted rocket science lectures at the Ventura Institute within the Revolutionary College of Oligi until 105 years of age, after which point he lived in retirement on the Guarteixo.
