Thoughts for a revision:
- Move Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Riesling clones to northern regions - south facing aspect is harder there so yields will be lower than initially thought.
- Chardo, Albarino, Coastal moderate temp whites to Alba Corte
- Bonbeq, Bonardo, etc go the Corregidor plateau
- BDX clones should go to Blauacurvo
- Add Semillon, SauvB clones to Southern Providencia. Add Botrytis Lumeli?
- Cellito gets PN clones, CF clones, Napa grapes and homebrew varietals.
- South facing Sierra Iverica foothills for Lumeli and Grenache clone hybrids.
- Ripasso/Amarone Style for Bieltam and Corvina clone. Fortified style for Bieltam
- Sparklings go to Valle Leon
- Moderate Temp Whites in Leon-Montaco
- Lumeli for botrytis Sauternes-like wine if skinned. Could also be used for blending in sparking wine.
