Ricardina Tallandos, more commonly as Ricardina I or simply Empress Ricardina, is the current Empress of Biggonia. She was both the final monarch of the Biggonian Empire and the first monarch of the Biggonian Commonwealth, as well as serving as Commander-in-Chief of the National Liberation Army and Head of Government for the Biggonian Commonwealth during the Biggonian Civil War.
