Osmino is the capital and largest city of North Kandson, with more than 3.2 million inhabitants. It is the administrative, economic, cultural, and military hub of the country, located on the shore of Evlaso Bay in the Vasilin Sea, at the mouth of the Sarits River. Osmino is a hub of North Kandsonian trade, banking, industry and shipping. It is an important center for maritime industries and maritime trade in northern Euronia. The city is home to many companies within the maritime sector, some of which are among the world's largest shipping companies, shipbrokers and maritime insurance brokers. Osmino is considered a global city. Osmino's population was increasing at record rates during the early 1990s, making it one of the fastest growing major cities in Euronia at the time.
Notable sites in the city include the Presidential Palace.
Cain Air Base, in a southeast district of the city, is leased by the Zamastanian Air Force.
