Francis Rodney Sullivan (born October 2, 1971) is a Californian politician who is the current leader of the General Assembly Minority Conference. A member of the Christian Democratic Party, he is also a member of the General Assembly from Orange's 20th congressional district. He was elected to the GA in 2032 and became Minority Leader in 2044 following Kevin Rooker's resignation.
