The Trilateral Economic Partnership (TEP) is a multilateral free trade agreement between the Belisarian states of Brumen, Mesogeia alongside the Malaioan state of Onekawa-Nukanoa. The trade bloc was formed wit hthe express purpose of formally strengthening economic, political and security ties amongst the three nations who had already strong prior ties with one another. In total the three countries have a combined population of 178 million citizens and total GDP of $4.2 trillion. The agreement was pioneered by Brumen whose own approach towards its immediate neighbors in East Belisaria to establish a regional trade bloc was well-less received as their priorities were placed elsewhere. As a result diplomats from Brumen approached Mesogeia and Onekawa-Nukanoa, two countries whom they have good relations with, to establish a trans-hemispheric trade bloc. |
