Coshaqua (Waldish: Kosjakva), officially the Federal Republic of Coshaqua (Waldish: Forbundsrepublikken Kosjakva), is a sovereign state in Elia Australis. It lies between the Medan Ocean to the west, TBA to the northwest, TBA to the northeast, the Alconian Ocean to the west, and the X Ocean to the south. Coshaqua's capital and largest city is Fossenvik, with other major cities including Canorasset, Sankt Halvard, Nachaquatuck, and Ogsadago. With a population of more than 137 million and a total area of XXX,XXX square kilometers, Coshaqua is the Xth most populous and Xth largest nation in the world.

Coshaqua is categorized as both a regional power and a middle power, and is sometimes considered to be an emerging great power. It is a developed country that ranks highly in measures of quality of life, health, education, and economic freedom. It is a high-income economy which is the second-largest economy on the continent by total nominal GDP. Coshaqua is generally considered to be among the most mature liberal democracies in Elia Australis, with strong protections for civil liberties and high political stability. Coshaqua possesses the Xth largest military force and Xth highest defense budget in the world, and is in the process of developing a blue-water navy with global power projection capabilities. The nation is a founding member of the United Congress, TBA, TBA, and TBA.
