Aathilia is a planet located in the Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. Laying outside of the jurisdiction of the Galactic Union or any major galactic entity, Aathilia is notorious as a hub for pirates and smugglers. There are around half a dozen cities scattered across the planet. The largest city and defacto capital, Cellent, has a landing bay in one of the largest facilities on the edge of the city. The local governments are corrupt; one can bribe or buy their way to just about anything they need.
