Elliatera is a planet located in the Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. The native sentient species are the Qurrus, but the population of the planet is diverse due to interstellar travel and trade, including many humans. Laying outside of the jurisdiction of the Galactic Union, the frigid planet of windswept tundras and icy mountains is sparsely populated by small settlements and homesteads, hydroponic farms and underground mining stations, with its largest city and spaceport being Cuyte.
