The Battle of Grythshead was the third and final battle of the War of Grythshead Independance. Duncan Turrell, former Master-at-Arms of Grythshead Castle and Lord of Kamoine, led the outnumbered Grythic forces against the Muslim army of Sultan Mehmet III of Ramubad. Sultan Mehmet was killed by Lord Duncan and Grythshead was liberated. Duncan and his dynasty reigned as Kings of Grythshead for four and a half centuries following the battle.
