Patrol	2 - 10 warships	Phonetic alphabet	Lieutenants	The patrol is the smallest Concordian naval formation and are never a permanent fixture. They are adapted to the situation on hand and are designed for scouting or light naval activity. These are typically made up of only frigates and corvettes.
Squadron	10 - 100 warships	Phonetic alphabet	Senior lieutenants or commanders	The squadron is a larger naval formation than a patrol, but contrary to popular belief, is not made up of patrols. Squadrons are the smallest unit capable of independent action the Concordian Navy and are usually led by a cruiser.
Battlegroup	100 - 1000 warships	Cities or planets	Commanders, captains or commodores	Battlegroups are the mainstay subordinate unit, where several battlegroups often comprise a fleet. Battlegroups are comprised of several squadrons and are some of the most common naval formations deployed to respond to a variety of threats that do not require the enormous amounts of firepower from entire fleets. Battlegroups are flagged by heavy cruisers and dreadnoughts depending on their size and mission.
Fleet	1000 - 5,000 warships	Stars or celestial formations	Junior admiral ranks	Fleets are large, powerful naval formations that form an integral role in maintaining naval dominance of the Concordium, being either stationed with Warfleets as detachable units or alone as independent units defending key areas of the Concordium. These are led by a dreadnought, with multiple battelgroups typically stationed as part of a fleet.
Warfleet	> 5000 warships	Galactic sector the fleet is based in	Senior admiral ranks	Warfleets are the largest naval formations in the Concordian Navy and are stationed specifically at strategic locations across the vast swathes of territory held by the Concordium. Warfleets are only deployed in the most dire of situations such as during galactic conflict. These massive naval formations are commanded by a dreadnought as its flagship and are composed of several fleets.

Paragon warfleet

Paragon, as an independent military branch of the Concordium, has access to its own impressive flotilla of warships that have the sole purpose of transporting their superhuman warriors into battle and maintain aerospatial superiority whilst doing so. Owing to the fewer numbers of Paragons, their ship formations are considerably smaller than their navy counterparts, yet suit the specialised elite strike role that is Paragon. Compared to the Concordian Navy, they place far higher emphasis on warships with large spacecraft capacity, preferring to head into battle in powerful assault carriers or dreadnoughts outfitted with large hangar and launch bays.
