Reborn (Scenario)

Reborn is a scenario where a genocidal WWIII(Reborn) wiped out most of the developed world in Apr 2061. A series of calamities happened after that. However humanity eventually managed to recover. Hence the name of the scenario is Rebirth.

The Dark Decade (2061 - 2070)

In the post-genocide world, New India (Nava Bharaat) was the strongest country in the world. The supremacy of India was challenged by a Muslim Alliance (Jakarta Treaty Organization) between Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Maldives, Somalia etc which formed in Aug. 2061 as well as the China-like Empire of Vietnam which rapidly acquired nuclear weapons in May 2061. Furthermore internal religious, ethnic and caste divisions within India was a serious problem. Opposition groups within India often allied with hostile powers such as JTO or Vietnam and caused problems within India from within.

In the new world Brazil emerged as the most dominant power though it was surrounded by hostile Spanish-speaking powers such as Colombia, Peru and Venezuela. Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago became major Indian satellite states in the region though black Caribbean countries, Nigeria and Ghana attempt to instigate black rebellions to oust Indian governments there.

In East Africa Mauritius, Seychelles and Reunion became Indian satellites while black African countries and JTO were supporting black insurgencies against Indians there. Major anti-Indian violence happened in Kenya and Uganda, forcing India to send troops there. All of Sub-Saharan Africa became extremely chaotic as aid to them abruptly ended. Ebola and other diseases were widespread, causing India to essentially abandon Africa and all Indians there by May 2062 and began to mass produce Ebola vaccines.

In the Pacific Ocean in order to prevent India from using Fiji which had a large Indian community as a base JTO stormed Fiji in Dec 2061. India threatened JTO with nukes. Vietnam allied with JTO and forced India to back down by threatening a nuclear WWIV. While negotiating Islamists in Indonesia and Somalia attempted to bring African diseases to India in a series of surprise suicidal attack. India stopped all attacks on India proper. However Sri Lanka and Bangladesh got infected. Vietnam began to mass reproduce Ebola vaccines after sending special forces to raid factories in China, Australia and Japan for tech.
