The Royal Rochan Air Force or RRAF (Forza Aérea Real de Rochan, FARR) is one of three branches of the Royal Rochan Armed Forces and is charged with the defense of the airspace of the Kingdom of Sor Rocha, as well as supporting military operations through combat air support and logistical assistance. It is the youngest of the three branches of the Royal Rochan Armed Forces.
History
The Royal Rochan Air Force was founded in 1931 when the nation of Sor Rocha was gifted 36 Parada-Vara L-19 monoplane fighter aircraft. The aircraft we're considered to be superior to many biplane fighters fielded by foreign powers at the time, but would begin to be replaced in Imperial Air Force service just two years later with the introduction of the Athar Ar-33.
