The Secretary of the Treasury is the head of the Arabin Department of the Treasury, which deals with all financial and monetary matters relating to the federal government. The Secretary of the Treausry is a member of the Cabinet of Arabi, and is nominated by the President of Arabi.
The current Secretary is James Friend who is serving in an acting capacity and was appointed by Lona Freeman.
