Saint Elizabeth often abbreviated "SE" is a British Overseas Territory and is an island located in the Windward islands and shares a maritime border with Saint Frederik with only 500 metres of water separating the two and a bridge being their only land border. Saint Elizabeth also shares maritime borders with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the South-East and Venezuela to the west. The most recent census in 2011 put the Territory's population at 43,633 making it the third most populated British Overseas Territory. The territory's capital is Port Victoria which is the largest city in the territory with a population of 21,000.

In early 2020 the Territorial Government, in coordination with the British Government agreed to allow Venezuelan Refugees into the country with a total of over 1000 currently in the Territory. The territory is seen as a stable location with access to American Dollars and a relatively close proximity to Venezuela.
