To apply for citizenship with permanent residence status you must usually have lived in the Solon Goodness for 12 months after getting permanent residence status. You also need a permanent residence document that proves you've lived in the Solon Goodness for 1 year - this can be any year period.

You are not obliged to vote. Goodians citizens are required to report for jury service when called and attend for as long as it takes to find a verdict. Rights to marriage. Respecting the rights of other citizens.
