The Sieuxerrian Foreign Legion is a branch of military service under the Sieuxerrian Army established in 1859 as a means for foreign nationals to serve within the Sieuxerrian Armed Forces. Aside from the 1st Foreign Mechanized Cossack Regiment, all officers are required to be Sieuxerrian born. While foreigners are those typically enlisting, around 19% of the overall enlisted manpower are Sieuxerrian, typically former soldiers of the army, who receive very nice benefits to enlist with the legion.
The legion was organized to protect the Sieuxerrian empire during the mid-19th century.
