Get Up and Dance is a Vitosian dance contest on EBTV. Celebrities partner with professional dancers to compete in mainly ballroom and Latin dance. Each couple is scored by a panel of judges. The series premiered in 2007. The format of the show consists of a celebrity paired with a professional dancer. Each couple performs predetermined dances and competes against the others for judges' points.

Arno Wissman: Arno Domenico Wissman is an eleven time gold winning Olympic artistic gymnast.
Janice Ivory: Janice Hannah Del Greco, known professionally as Janice Ivory, is a transgender dancer and model.
Rhys D'Aquila: Rhys Brandon D'Acquila is a dance champion, having won twenty-two total dance competitions around the world.
