His Royal Highness The Prince Liam, The Prince of Skavand (Liam David Israel Ryan; born 6 August 1989), is the heir apparent to the Skavandian throne as the son of King Constatine I and Queen Elanor. He has been heir apparent since his birth and the Prince of Skavand since 2008.
