Enoch Rotail, 4th Earl of Brumley, was a Frankenlischian nobleman and army officer who served as the first Commander-in-Chief of Frankenlischian forces in the Mount Zeon War of Independence. Prior to this he had also served in King Malcom's War and at the end of his life he commanded Frankenlischian armies during their war with the Kingdom of Vionna. He was killed at the Battle of Archmouth in 1791. Outside of his military career, he also held several civil appointments during his life, including Governor-General of Valksland, and the Frankenlischian Minister to Marienberg.
